DTI's Project Bayong
Project “Bayong” is seen to provide sufficient volumes of “bayong” as handy replacements for plastic bags which are non-biodegradable. The bags can also be fashionably designed to attract a bigger market, both domestic and export. This project will generate opportunities for MSMEs to engage in value-adding.
You may contact DTI Bukidnon Provincial Office for the producers of "bayong". Its office is located at Manuel Building, Malaybalay City or e-mail them at [email protected].
